We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New, unworn and unused;
- In its original condition;
- Returned with all original tags, accessories and packaging; and
- Accompanied by the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
You may inspect or try on an item in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop. We may make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, where permitted by law.
How to Start a Return
Before sending an item back, contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number;
- The item you wish to return;
- The reason for the return; and
- Photographs if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Returns are sent to an address within the United Kingdom. Please contact support@dripunit.com with your order number to arrange a return. We will provide the UK return address and instructions before you send the item back.
Do not send returns to our registered office or any other address without prior authorisation. Items returned without contacting us first may be delayed or may not be identifiable.
Returns must be sent by post. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or another reason not caused by DRIP UNIT, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrectly supplied, DRIP UNIT will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate return method. Please contact us before returning such an item.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to product availability and the eligibility requirements in this policy.
To request an exchange, contact support@dripunit.com before returning the item. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund.
For exchanges requested because of size preference, colour preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for returning the original item. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, DRIP UNIT will cover the reasonable return cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
Where the UK statutory cancellation right applies, we will issue the refund within the legally required period and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If you paid for standard delivery, the standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service will not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.
UK Right to Cancel
Customers purchasing online in the United Kingdom normally have the legal right to cancel an eligible order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us of the cancellation, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days. Our 30-day return period provides additional time to request a return and does not restrict your statutory rights.
To exercise your right to cancel, email support@dripunit.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel the order. Please include your name, order number and details of the items concerned.
Exceptions
Returns based solely on a change of mind may not be accepted for:
- Personalised, customised or made-to-order products;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Gift cards; or
- Other products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable law.
These exclusions do not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Sale items are subject to the same statutory rights as full-price items.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel or change an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@dripunit.com.
We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
